Do not buy from this company it’s a scam. I purchased an orange cushion on line they called me 3 days later to say the product was damaged and the only one left. They wanted to send an another cushion in its place that was a completely different color, style and shape or I could wait for new stock to arrive in 4-5 weeks. I said I would wait but instantly felt something was not right. I got on to reviews and realised the same thing had happened to others. I called them back with no answer so texted and emailed I did not want to wait and wanted my money returned. That was 3 weeks ago and still no response or return of my money. Be aware they have online the same products that they sell under different company names check the phone no on the companies websites as they all have the same Melbourne phone no. Hope this helps.
I bought the cowhide leather journal for my daughter In-law and she absolutely loved it. I think she’s going to add her favourite recipes onto to those beautiful rustic pages.

Worst company ever. Told me a pack of lies and never shipped my order and then claimed the order was damaged and to choose an alternative theme cushion cover which I did and after three weeks there was still no shipping note so I emailed them and they promised to send immediately but never did but had my $295 so I guess they didn’t care so I had to escalate a dispute to PayPal who must have had earlier complaints about Melbourne Leather Co. as they notified me within 30 seconds of lodging the dispute that they had sent me a full refund,
Its been a month since I notified you that I received the wrong colour / size Leather Covers. I got emails saying something would be done but it has not been done.

Was really disappointed in the quality. One cushion was definitely not real leather. Material poor quality as well. Felt like they could rip when putting in an insert.
Either refund or send one I paid with my hard earned money you bunch of shonks over 2 weeks ago I paid you why won’t you answer me
