The City Adventurer backpack I ordered and was emailed and requested to leave a review for due to it being fulfilled 21 days ago.... still hasn't been delivered.
I was advised it was damaged when it arrived at MLC and I could wait for new stock in approx 2 weeks, or order another bag, all substantially more expensive than the one I have ordered. That conversation was a month ago. I advised I will wait for the next shipment (and note the bag is still advertised on the website) but have received no further updates since. Contrary to what was claimed in this email, my order was most definitely not fulfilled 21 days ago..not have I been offered a refund.

Overall, the quality of the pillow cover was good and sent quickly. However, the hide scratches easily and, on receiving it, already had a large scratch across the cover.
Still waiting for the correct order of Brown & White cushion covers - what l received were Black Jersey cushion covers which l returned . But I’m Still Waiting for my order . Not Happy
I like the style and it’s exactly the size I hoped for.
Feels really nice quality.
If I have one gripe it is that the buckle on the shoulder strap is right on the apex. With my laptop in the bag the metal digs into my shoulder.

The patchwork journal I ordered was not available but I received a phone call with another option and photos being sent to me. The one I ordered from that was really lovely and I was so pleased it made it in time for my grandaughters birthday. Thank you for your wonderful service
