Was sent the wrong item. Was then told they were out of stock of what I ordered and they decided to send me the wrong thing anyway. Then asked if I could keep the order for a 30% discount instead of returning for a refund.

Was really disappointed in the quality. One cushion was definitely not real leather. Material poor quality as well. Felt like they could rip when putting in an insert.
Either refund or send one I paid with my hard earned money you bunch of shonks over 2 weeks ago I paid you why won’t you answer me

Nicely priced (reduced). Good product to carry about and fountain pen friendly. The page cutting was pretty rough in places and I needed to trim a number. I would look at catalogue for other hand crafted goods…
The leather piece is okay and smells like leather, but the cream material is so thin you can see the feathers of the pillow underneath it and the backing on the leather on the seam. I know what look was trying to be achieved here and this seems like the budget version of it. I would not have purchased if I saw these in my life before beforehand. Cannot return because they were on sale.
This is a gift for a good friend and he will love it. It is so well made and he loves journals, so it will make his day!
I have not received my order after 14 days. I emailed the company and didn’t get any reply.

I absolutely LOVE my new cushions! I purchased 4 x cushions and they go perfectly in my lounge. They are very well made. Exactly what I wanted. They give a touch of luxury! I dealt directly with Sweta and she was wonderful with my requests and very helpful :) I highly recommend!
The work apron is absolutely fantastic.
It is very solid leather but still flexible and easy to wear. It will last forever and just get more supple as it ages.

I received email notification that my item was dispatched. I also received tracking info with Australia post. After about 10 days I contacted Melbourne leather co and was told there was an l issue with the item, it was never actually sent and new stock would arrive in 1-2 weeks.
That’s all fine. But you need to communicate that with the customer. Getting a refund was easy enough, although I’m still waiting for it to come through so we’ll see how that goes.
I don’t normally write reviews, but when I get an email requesting one as “the order was fulfilled 14 days ago”, then sure, I’ll write a review.
Product was not of an appropriate standard and so didn’t get shipped! I have no replacement option or refund as yet. I am VERY unhappy
